Orders until 31.3.24 will not be charged cancellation fees.
Failure to arrive at the hotel will be charged a 50% discount on the cancellation fee.
A guest can cancel up to a day before arrival without charge.


All year round except peak season dates.
From the moment the reservation is made and up to 3 days before the accommodation date without cancellation fees.
Less than 3 days before the date of accommodation 50% of the reservation value.
Less than a day before the date of accommodation and/or non-arrival - full cancellation fee - 100%

Weeks
New Year
Sukkot, Tabernacles
and Passover
From the moment the reservation is made until 7 days before the date of accommodation without cancellation fees.
Less than 7 days to the date of accommodation 50% of the booking value.
Less than a day before the date of accommodation and/or non-arrival - full cancellation fee - 100%

July August:
From the moment the reservation is made and up to 10 days before the date of accommodation without cancellation fees.
Less than 10 days to the date of accommodation 50% of the reservation value.
Less than a day before the date of accommodation and/or non-arrival - full cancellation fee - 100%
