Cancellation conditions: during regular season
You can cancel the order up to 3 business days before the arrival date, without cancellation fees.
If the cancellation notice is received after this date, a charge of 50% of the total of the entire order will apply, in case of no-show, a full charge will apply.
During peak season (August and holidays - Rosh Hashanah, Sukkot, Hanukkah, Passover, Shavuot)
*Prima Music Hotel also includes the month of July
You can cancel the order up to 10 business days before the arrival date, without cancellation fees.
A cancellation received after this date will be followed by a charge of a total of 50% of the total order
In case of no-show, a full charge will apply.

Renovation work has begun on the gym and sauna at the hotel and they will not be in use until further notice.
