In regular season

From the moment of booking until one week before arrival 100 NIS / 5%, whichever is cheaper.
7 days before arrival 25% of the booking value.
On the day of arrival 50% of the booking value.
In case of no-show at the hotel (no-show), 50% of the booking value.

In hot season – July / August / holidays / Genesis

From the moment of booking until 3 weeks before arrival 100 NIS / 5%, whichever is cheaper
3 weeks before arrival 25% of the booking value.
One week before the accommodation date and until arrival 50% of the booking value.
In case of no-show at the hotel (no-show), full charge.

Price drop

If there is an existing booking and the price drops, it will be changed to a lower price by 100 NIS net of change fees.

Change of accommodation date:

In regular season

One week before, no change fees.
Less than 7 days 200 NIS net change fee.
Less than 3 days 15% of the reservation value.

In the hot season – July / August / Holidays / Beresheet

Up to 14 days before the reservation date without change fee.
From 2 weeks to 7 days before arrival 200 NIS net change fee.
Less than 7 days before arrival 15% of the reservation value.
