The culinary experience at Gordonia Zikhron Ya’akov is inspired by local agriculture, seasonal ingredients and the diverse food traditions of the area. Fresh produce, cheeses, honey, eggs, olives and other regional ingredients are incorporated into a creative menu prepared in an open kitchen centered around three large clay ovens. Carefully selected wines complement the dining experience and the views of the surrounding countryside and sea. Stays are offered on a half-board basis.
