Cancellation fee in regular season: In case of cancellation of booking by the guest 48 hours before arrival no cancellation fee. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or no-show will be charged a full cancellation fee for the booking. Cancellation fees during peak season July August and holidays (Rosh Hashana, Succot, Pesach, Shavuot and Jewish holidays) Cancellation of reservation from the time of booking up to 14 days before date of arrival can be canceled without cancellation fees. In case of cancellation of the booking by the guest less than 14 days and up to 7 business days before the date of cancellation of 50% of the reservation value of each room according to the basis of booked accommodation. Cancellation of booking less than 7 business days or non-arrival The hotel has a full cancellation fee for the whole reservation.
