Cancelations Policy:
Regular Season
A guest who canceled his/hers order up until 14 days prior to arrival will not pay a handling fee.
Guests who shall cancel their order 14-4 days prior to the reserved date the reserved date will be charged with 30% of the total deal value.
Guests who shall cancel their order 3 days or less before the reserved date will be charged with 60% of the total deal value.
In case and the guest made a reservation and did not arrive at the hotel without canceling the order beforehand, the guest will be charged with 100% of the total reservation value.
July, August, Jewish Holidays and Special Occasions:
Guests who shall cancel their reservations from the time the reservation was placed and 30 days prior to the reserved date, will not pay a handling fee.
Guests who cancel their reservations 30-14 days prior to the reserved date (in case 14 business days have passed from the day of the order) will be charged with 30% of the total value of reservation.
In case cancelation occurs 14 days or less prior to the reserved date, the guest will pay 60% of the total reservation value.
Prepayment:
30 days prior to the reserved date 30% prepayment will be charged by Ein Harod Country Lodging/or company on its behalf, on the credit card that was provided by the costumer at the initial order.
The prices are in US Dollars, payment will be calculated upon the day of payment exchange rates as published by the Bank of Israel.
Check-in and Check-out
Weekdays (Sun-Thu) Check-in between 3:00-7:00 p.m. Later arrivals must be coordinated in advance. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
Fridays: Check-in between 1:30-5:00 p.m.
Check-out on Saturdays/Jewish holidays is until 2 p.m.
Check-out later than the above times in all days of the week must be confirmed by the hotel's management and is subjected to additional costs.
