A unique gastronomical experience
of flavors and textures is produced by Mizpe Hayamim’s own cheese, bread,
preserves, fresh fruit and vegetables, served to you in the dining room
and the Muscat Restaurant.
A variety of vegetables, fruit and herbs are brought daily directly from
the organic farm. The milk products and cheeses from the hotel dairy and
wine with a Galilee bouquet are artistically combined by hotel chef into
delicious gourmet dishes.
Sometimes you just have to step out of the house in order to get the taste
of home.
