| In winter and summer, outside
and in – for release, body firming and joining the rhythm of nature. Activities
are held in the workout room, overlooking the Golan Heights, on the tennis
court or in the swimming pool, where large glass windows present the serene
Galilee scenery. Water exercises, Tai Chi, yoga, meditation, aerobic or Oriental dance. In the winter, we light the poolside fireplace. All year round there is a morning walk along the paths of the farm, among its terraces, mysterious groves and spectacular gardens, to the quiet sound of the miniature waterfalls. |
