Rental General Terms & Conditions |

A rental day is 24 hours. Additional hours will be charged at a 1/3 of the daily rental rate. |

1 & 2 rental days are limited to 250 Km per day. |
|
Prices do not include Gasoline. Full tank of fuel is ensured when the vehicle is picked up. Vehicle
should be returned full or client will be charged the difference plus refuel fee. It is the client’s
responsibility to check and verify what kind of Gasoline is to be used for the car. Client will be charged for any damage caused to the car due to use of wrong Gasoline type |

Customer must present a personal valid Major Credit Card. |
|
No Cross Border traffic is permitted; It is strictly prohibited to drive into Palestinian
Authority territory. |
|
Budget reserve the right to substitute similar car models to those shown in the Web Site. Pictures are
for demonstration only. |

The rental is subject to all terms & conditions as appears in the rental agreement. |

Rates and conditions may change without prior notice. |

Special Vehicles |
|
All reservations for vans and special vehicles groups I, S, V, W & U should be reconfirmed by the reservation Center. US$100 will be charged for all cancellations done less than 10 days prior to Pick Up date. |

Renters & Drivers |
|
Age of all renters / drivers must be between 21 to 75 years of age, holding a valid driver license which has been in their possession for at least one year. Young drivers, aged 21 – 23 may drive vehicles A – C upon prior approval, additional insurance fees and will be charged the double of the Self Participation fee. Minimum age for car group W - 28 years of age. |

Insurance |

The rental includes CDW & TP insurance unless the renter holds a Credit Card that is known to
Provide such insurances. Undercarriage damage or damage to the tires are not covered by any
kind of insurance and renter will be required to pay for the full damage. |

Collision Damage Waiver & Theft Protection Program.
The CDW & TP program includes CDW & TP insurances. The non waiverable access
varies between US$ 400 – US$ 1,000 according to car group. Undercarriage damage or damage to the tires are not covered by any kind of insurance and renter will be required to pay for the full damage.

Limited Insurance Program
The LI program is valid for clients who decline purchasing CDW & TP insurance
coverage. Client can choose this program only if paying with a Credit Card that
provides such coverage benefits. It is the client’s responsibility to notify the Credit Card company and to verify the terms and condition of the coverage. If CDW & TP
are declined it is mandatory to purchase locally Third Party Liability insurance – 3PL. Undercarriage damage or damage to the tires are not covered by anykind of insurance and renter will be required to pay for the full damage.

Tax & Extra Charges |

Baby Seat: $5.00 per day. Additional Driver: $2.00 per day. |

Airport charge amounting $26.5 per rental will apply on all rentals starting or ending at Ben-Gurion Airport. Subject to change without notice.

One-way rental to or from Eilat, require a minimum of a 3-day rental. For Special vehicles groups I,S,V & W from 3 days rental onwards, there is a charge of US$ 50 and of US$ 100 for Jeeps rentals. |
|
Delivery/Collection: charge of $20 for delivery and/or collection of the car from customer. |
|
V.A.T 15.5% will apply on all components of the rental. VAT Doesn't apply on tourists entering Israel with a foreign passport stamped with a B2, B3 or B4 Visa. The exemption from VAT does not apply to Israeli citizens with dual nationality and does not apply to minibuses carrying 10 or more passengers (groups M & V). |
