Kashrut (Dietary Laws)
Kosher dietary laws are strictly observed throughout the hotel and are under the supervision of the Jerusalem Rabbinate. The hotel’s in-house rabbinical supervisor (Mashgiach) is present in all kitchen and food preparation areas.
