The Hotel's shopping arcade offers a variety of shops and service centers, including a souvenir and Judaica shop, jewelry boutiques, florist, hairdresser and various business services, all located within the hotel complex.

Synagoge & Kashrut (Dietary Laws)
Services are conducted every Sabbath in The David Citadel’s beautiful synagogue located on the 2nd floor. Kosher dietary laws are strictly observed throughout the hotel and are under the supervision of the Jerusalem Rabbinate. The hotel’s in-house rabbinical supervisor (Mashgiach) is present in all kitchen and food preparation areas.

Parking
The David Citadel boasts an extensive and secured multi-level underground parking facility for 170 vehicles, located inside the building. Elevators provide guests with direct access from the parking facility to guest rooms, main lobby, restaurants, banqueting and conference floors. Secured passage is assured for VIPs and dignitaries

Security
The David Citadel is secured 24 hours a day by highly trained personnel. The hotel’s three entrances are secured at all times and provide the only access from the outside. A surveillance room is operated for additional monitoring. All security department staff members undergo stringent security checks.
